Oats Chilla
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Water
- Oil for cooking
Instructions:
- Grind the oats into a fine powder.
- Mix the oats powder, besan, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and salt in a bowl.
- Add water to make a batter of pouring consistency.
- Heat a non-stick pan, grease with oil, and pour a ladle of batter.
- Spread it into a thin circle and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with chutney.
