Rolled oats bhel
Oats Bhel
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- 1/4 cup boiled corn
- 1/4 cup sev
- 1 tablespoon tamarind chutney
- 1 tablespoon green chutney
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice
Instructions:
- Dry roast the oats until lightly browned and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and boiled corn.
- Add the roasted oats, sev, tamarind chutney, green chutney, salt, and lemon juice.
- Mix well and serve immediately.
